Recent graduate or alumni having issues accessing PACE

If a student is about to graduate, or has graduated recently, and still needs to access PACE, the following needs to occur:

  1. The student needs to call the Service Desk (919-684-2243) and have their NetID re-enabled.
  2. Once the NetID is re-enabled, the student’s Health System sponsor will need to go to accounts.oit.duke.edu and confirm whether the user’s DHE account is still active navigating to the DHE Access section of that site and reviewing the student’s status. If the student’s DHE access is not active, they will need to be re-sponsored.
  3. Once these two are complete, the user can go to secure.citrix.duke.edu to access their PACE workspace.

If there are any issues regarding this process, please contact the PACE Team at PACE_Info@duke.edu.
